Pulling the string and releasing the cloud of glitter and confetti within will unleash a tiny pocket of very...unique weather conditions on the area or individual targeted. For twenty-four hours, the target will be drenched in a veritable deluge of confetti, as well as their very own personalized, tiny rainstorm. Should they try to escape it, it will simply follow them - a swollen, tiny stormcloud showering glitter and raindrops from above. Useful for watering the plants, as well as proving a point to someone who's decided to be irritable.

When this shield is used to successfully counter a blow, a ghostly shape of golden, feathery wings manifests on his back.
